Interventions

Trial group:Adopt an individualized blood pressure management approach guided by cerebral autoregulation.
Control group:Adopt the traditional target blood pressure management approach: maintain the mean arterial pressure at least at 65 mmHg.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2. Those undergoing VA-ECMO treatment; 3. The estimated length of stay in the ICU is no less than 72 hours. 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Conditions interfering with NIRS: frontal lobe surgery, frontal contusion, bilateral forehead hematoma, decompressive craniectomy, subdural/epidural hematoma, effusion, pneumocephalus, intracerebral hemorrhage, intracranial tumor, intracranial infection, cerebral infarction. 2.Pregnancy or advanced malignancy
