Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In the selected class; 2. Primary school students from grades 1 to 6 and junior high school students from grades 1 to 3 of the project school; 3. Students and their parents/guardians have agreed to participate and have signed the informed consent form. 4.Students have good physical health and complete school health check-up records; 5. There is no plan for transferring schools within one year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Defects in birth (congenital diseases/developmental abnormalities) or other medical history (heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, tuberculosis, asthma, hepatitis or nephritis); 2.Obesity caused by endocrine diseases or side effects of medication; 3.Cognitive dysfunction or mental psychological disorders; 4.Have taken weight-loss drugs or undergone weight-loss surgery; 5.Unable to participate in school sports activities; 6.Parents or guardians do not sign the informed consent form.
