Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Scheduled for liver resection (including open surgery and laparoscopic surgery) 3. Complete preoperative clinical data available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative end-stage renal disease (ESRD) already existed or regular renal replacement therapy (RT) was being received. 2. Emergency surgery. 3. Combined with other major organ resections (such as pancreaticoduodenectomy, combined colorectal cancer resection, etc.). 4. Clinical data is severely lacking, making it impossible to determine whether AKI occurred.
