Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 6 - 12 years old; 2) Habitual snorers among children visiting the sleep center of Beijing Children's Hospital, or normal developing children without nocturnal snoring; 3) Normal developing children without snoring during sleep; Healthy controls: 1) 6-12 years old; 2) Typically developing children without nocturnal snoring;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Children with genetic metabolic diseases or congenital syndromes; 2) Individuals with a history of neurological or mental disorders: intellectual developmental disorders, schizophrenia, mood disorders, ADHD, etc. 3) There is a history of previous surgeries on the adenoids, tonsils, larynx, trachea, lungs, and thoracic cavity. 4) Before developing the habit of snoring, there were behavioral manifestations such as inattention and hyperactivity.
