Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient age 18 years; 2.Possess adequate literacy and communication skills, with no barriers to communication with the investigator; 3. Accompanied by an immediate family member for the surgery, with legal standing; 4. Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other severe physical illnesses; 2. Diagnosed with mental disorders; 3. Currently taking antidepressant or anti-anxiety medications; 4. Experienced other major changes or severe negative life events during the survey period; 5. Family members of pediatric patients who refuse to participate in the study.
