30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 30–70 years; 2. Residing in the plains >= 5 years; 3. Diagnosed with at least one chronic disease: Hypertension Type 2 diabetes Obesity (BMI >=28) COPD in stable phase 4. Willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pulmonary hypertension; 2. Acute myocardial infarction or severe heart failure; 3. Recent history of acute mountain sickness (AMS grade 3 or higher); 4. Severe hepatic or renal impairment; 5. Other reasons deemed unsuitable by the investigator.
