18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender restriction 2. Age 18-65 years 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m² 4. ASA class I–III 5. Elective single-port or two-port unilateral thoracoscopic segmentectomy or lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1.Patients with contraindications to thoracic paravertebral blockade; 2.Severe heart, lung, liver or kidney diseases; 3.Patients with known or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction, including paralytic ileus; 4.Chronic pain, alcoholism, mental disorders or opioid dependence; 5.Mental illnesses or communication disorders; 6.Severe sleep and cognitive disorders, with an Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) score >= 6 and a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <=27 after admission; 7.Patients with hypersensitivity or addiction to the active ingredient or excipients of tegileridine; 8.Patients who refuse to participate in this study; 9.Conversion to open thoracotomy during the operation.
