Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 59; 2. Working adults with long-term sleep deprivation, including those who have slept less than 7 hours a day for the last 6 months and those with long-term sleep less than 7 hours due to frequent night shifts; 3. Those with accelerated biological aging at baseline; 4. People who do not take antioxidants regularly on a daily basis; 5. Those who voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tumors, autoimmune diseases, or severe conditions affecting the heart, liver, kidneys, hematopoietic system, or psychiatric disorders; 2. Smokers; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, and women planning pregnancy; 4. Individuals allergic to the study sample; 5. Individuals unable to take the study sample as directed.
