Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old; 2. It meets the definition of "frailty" in the diagnostic criteria of Fried frailty syndrome (i.e., it satisfies >=3 frailty phenotypes); 3. Decreased balance function: There are manifestations of reduced balance function, such as single-leg standing time less than 10 seconds (with eyes open), or TUG test time greater than 12 seconds, or BBS score 40 to 56 points; 4. Be capable of using a smart phone; 5. Be able to walk independently without the assistance of others or assistive devices; 6. Have the ability to express and understand normal Mandarin; 7. And demonstrate a willingness and ability to sign the informed consent form and abide by the research protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction has occurred within the past three months; 2. There are unstable or persistent cardiovascular or respiratory diseases; 3. Moderate to severe cognitive impairment; 4. Various mental illnesses that affect the spirit of cooperation; 5. Traumatic fractures have occurred within the past six months; 6. Have participated in moderate-intensity or higher physical activities for more than 150 minutes per week within the past three months; 7. Severe vision or hearing problems; 8. Other potential health issues that may hinder exercise; 9. Have participated in or are currently participating in other related research.
