Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Ages 18 to 80; 2.BMI>=28 kg/m^²; 3.ASA <= III; 4.Planned elective painless endoscopic examination and signed informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.coagulation disorders; 2.Cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, and malignant arrhythmia; 3.Pulmonary diseases such as acute asthma attacks, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumothorax, or active upper respiratory tract infections with fever; 4.Pregnancy or lactation period; 5.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6.Elevated intracranial pressure, mental illness, or inability to cooperate with examinations; 7.When entering the room without oxygen inhalation, SpO2 is less than 95% in a resting state; 8.Researchers believe that patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
