Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who undergo hip joint replacement surgery; 2.Age between 18 and 80 years old; 3.The surgical method is minimally invasive or posterior lateral approach, and the type of prosthesis is biological material prosthesis. 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study, with full behavioral and cognitive ability;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, intellectual disability, and a history of severe mental and psychological diseases; 2.Those with lower limb muscle strength less than grade 3. 3.Severe complications such as infection, deep venous thrombosis of the lower limb, loosening of the prosthesis, breakage of the prosthesis, dislocation of the joint, etc. occurred after the operation. 4.Suffering from other diseases that affect walking and mobility, such as hemiplegia, severe heart and lung failure; 5.People with ankylosing spondylitis, severe osteoporosis, joint fibrosis, and joint stiffness;
