Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the clinical diagnosis of T2DM; 2. Age>=60 years old; 3. Normal understanding and communication ability; 4. Family members are aware of the specific content of the study and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in other clinical studies; 2. Complicated with malignant tumors or other acute, critical and severe conditions; 3. Having cognitive dysfunction or mental illness that prevents them from cooperating with the intervention.
