Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification levels I-IV; 2. Age over 18 years old, body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18 to 28 kg/m^2; 3. Complete clinical data of the patient; 4. No infection at the puncture site before treatment; 5. Good patient compliance, and the patient's family members have signed the relevant informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic patients; 2. Patients with a history of chronic lung disease or history of lung surgery before the trauma; 3. Patients receiving tracheal intubation and ventilator-assisted ventilation; 4. Patients with poor consciousness and inability to cooperate; 5. Patients with severe thoracic deformity or severe lung disease in the past; 6. Patients known to be allergic to anesthesia-related drugs; 7. Patients with opioid abuse; 8. Patients with chronic chest wall pain in the past; 9. Patients with severe bleeding or coagulation disorders; 10. Patients with severe systemic diseases; 11. Patients with a history of mental illness.
