Age
60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly individuals aged 60 years and above; 2. Hospital stay of at least 24 hours; 3. Morse fall score of 25 or above; 4. No cognitive impairment, normal communication and comprehension ability; 5. Informed consent to participate in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has severe hearing and speech impairments. 2. A patient in a three-level bed. 3. A patient at the terminal stage (with an estimated survival time of less than 2 months).
