Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1). Aged 40-75 years, residing in this district for =6 months, voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form (2) Research subjects meet the criteria of CRC high-risk population: determined according to the local CRC epidemiological data and with reference to Expert Consensus on Early Gastrointestinal Cancer Screening Program (Draft) (Shanghai, 2017) (4) Normal cognitive function, able to communicate normally and cooperate with questionnaire surveys, nursing intervention and follow-up (5) No colonoscopy completed in the past 6 months, and no participation in other similar CRC screening intervention studies;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer or other malignant tumors, or presence of definite imaging/pathological evidence of suspected CRC (2) Complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung and other organ dysfunction, or mental illness, cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the study (3) History of colonoscopy contraindications, or presence of contraindications for bowel preparation (4) Pregnant, lactating women, or those with childbearing plans in the recent 6 months (5) Severe communication barriers, high mobility, unable to complete 3-month intervention and 6-month follow-up (6) Complicated with severe coagulation dysfunction, abdominal adhesions, etc., unable to tolerate colonoscopy;
