Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent their first craniotomy in this hospital; 2. Patients with no history of pulmonary infection, urinary tract infection or other systemic infections before the operation; 3. Patients who received prophylactic second-generation cephalosporin antibiotics 30 minutes before the operation; 4. Patients who had at least three axillary temperatures of >= 38? within 3 days after the operation; 5. Patients with complete clinical data without any missing information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with intracranial infection before the operation; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or heart dysfunction; 3. Patients with postoperative infections in other systems; 4. Patients who died within 24 hours after the operation for various reasons.
