Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hemodialysis who met the diagnostic criteria for stage 5 chronic kidney disease; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Receiving regular hemodialysis for >=3 months; 4. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for frailty; 5. Conscious and able to answer questions independently; 6. Provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe illness or concomitant severe dysfunction of other organs; 2. Those with contraindications to exercise or psychiatric disorders; 3. Patients receiving peritoneal dialysis concurrently.
