18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years; 2. 18.5 kg/m² <= BMI < 28 kg/m²; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III; 4. Planned elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy (expected surgery time < 2 hours); 5. The patient and their family have fully understood the study content and have voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lung, liver, or kidney. 2. Patients with coagulation disorders or receiving anticoagulant therapy. 3. History of local anesthetic allergy or infection/deformity at the puncture site. 4. Preoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction such as intestinal obstruction or gastroparesis. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with the study.
