Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clear history of drug use and gastrointestinal bleeding; 2. Noah's Adverse Reaction Assessment Scale score >=1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with gastrointestinal haemorrhage due to disease progression
