Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as chronic non-infectious diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia), the course of disease >=3 months; 2. Community residents aged >= 18 years old; 3. Capable of accepting various forms of exercise interventions (aerobic, anaerobic, HIIT, etc.) and ensuring the completion of the entire intervention process; 4. Lack of regular exercise habits (regular exercise < =3 times a week).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for exercise, such as acute myocardial infarction (onset= 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 110mmHg), and uncontrolled arrhythmia (such as ventricular tachycardia); or there may be severe bone and joint diseases (such as less than 3 months after hip replacement surgery, severe rheumatoid arthritis in active phase), severe respiratory system diseases (such as acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, FEV1265 µ mol/L), malignant tumors (unstable or progressive condition after treatment), and severe mental illnesses (such as acute schizophrenia, severe depression with suicidal tendencies); Or there are acute complications of diabetes (such as diabetes ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma), and a history of severe hypoglycemia (hypoglycemia requiring emergency treatment in the past three months). 3. Special population: pregnant and lactating women; Or it is in the acute attack period (such as the onset of infectious diseases such as colds and pneumonia<1 week); Or there may be language communication barriers, severe hearing/vision impairment, inability to understand research instructions or complete evaluation indicators. 4. Other factors that may affect the study, such as being involved in other similar exercise intervention studies (to avoid the cumulative effect of multiple interventions); Or there may be a history of drug abuse (such as long-term use of glucocorticoids, dependence on sedatives and hypnotic drugs); During the research period, planned surgeries or long-term outings cannot guarantee the completion of the entire intervention cycle.
