Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years old, male. 2. Complex ureteral stenosis, preoperative evaluation, cannot be treated with existing ureteral reconstruction, ureteral end-to-end anastomosis, or ureteral bladder reimplantation. 3. Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery that can tolerate the repair of ureteral stenosis. 4. Having the ability to act independently and voluntarily signing the informed consent form for joining the group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are surgical contraindications. 2. History of radiation therapy. 3. Ureteral stenosis caused by malignant tumors and uncontrolled tumors. 4. Life expectancy is less than 10 years. 5. ECOG score >2. 6. Exclusion criteria identified by other researchers, such as poor compliance.
