Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical tissue specimens requiring pathological examination after operations from February to March 2025 and May to June 2025, including routine pathological specimens, frozen specimens, and rapid paraffin-embedded specimens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-surgically obtained pathological specimens, such as puncture biopsy specimens and endoscopic biopsy specimens; 2.specimens that cannot be pathologically diagnosed due to quality issues.
