18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–85 years 2. Diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke and underwent Endovascular Therapy (EVT) for intracranial vascular occlusion 3. Can undergo Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) within 24 hours of hospital admission 4. Agreed to blood sample collection and follow-up 5. NIHSS score between 4 and 20 6. The subject or their legally authorized representative has signed an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemorrhagic stroke or stroke-like symptoms 2. History of major neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, dementia, etc.) 3. History of stroke with mRS > 2 4. Contraindications to MRI or gadolinium-based contrast agents 5. Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73 m^²) 6. Pregnant or lactating women
