Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ADHD as per DSM-5 and be diagnosed by a specialized physician. 2. Aged 6–12 years, regardless of gender. 3. Have intact limbs and the ability to engage in normal physical activities. 4. Provide informed consent from both parents/guardians and the child, with voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent congenital malformations or diseases of the nervous system, or a history of hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, or renal disease. 2. Comorbidity with three or more other neurodevelopmental or behavioral disorders (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, tic disorders). 3. Presence of independent risk factors for neurodevelopmental disorders, such as chromosomal abnormalities, systemic metabolic diseases, or visual/auditory impairments. 4. Inability to engage in normal physical activities. 5. Contraindications for MRI scanning (e.g., metallic implants, claustrophobia).
