Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent mechanical thrombectomy for acute anterior circulation stroke at our stroke center; 2.The pre-treatment mRS score was 0-2, and the pre-treatment NIHSS score was >=4. 3.Successful recanalization after mechanical thrombectomy, that is, mTICI>= 2b; 4.Imaging evaluations were conducted before the operation and within 24 hours to 1 week after the operation, and the imaging quality was good.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Excluding patients who are unable to undergo endovascular treatment or who have only received endovascular thrombolysis; 2.Exclude stroke types such as hemorrhagic stroke, transient ischemic attack, lacunar infarction, posterior circulation infarction, and pseudo-stroke. 3.Exclude cerebral venous thrombosis; 4.Exclude cases where re-occlusion or new intracranial occlusion is observed on follow-up imaging. 5.Excluding cases where perfusion imaging assessment cannot be obtained or where the quality of imaging is poor;
