Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for preterm infants: gestational age less than 37 weeks, birth weight less than 2.5 kg; admitted within 3 days of birth; stable vital signs; normal hearing (passed hearing screening); mother in good health with no speech communication barriers; informed consent obtained and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Premature infants with complex congenital anomalies, severe inherited metabolic disorders, or severe brain injury; Premature infants with conditions requiring specific positioning or treatments necessitating specific positioning; Premature infants whose mothers require strict bed rest postpartum, making kangaroo care difficult to implement.
