Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 years or older; 2. Patients diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH), or pulmonary hypertension associated with lung diseases and/or hypoxia, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria outlined in the 2022 ERS/ESC Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Hypertension; 3. Participants who have provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with CTEPH who have been assessed by a multidisciplinary team as surgically eligible; 2. Presence of conditions such as upper limb arteriovenous thrombosis, limb deformities, or soft tissue injuries that may interfere with RIC intervention procedures; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Life expectancy of less than three months; 5. Current participation in other interventional clinical trials.
