Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly recruited operating room nurse in our hospital; 2. Obtain a registered nurse qualification certificate; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Resignation or job adjustment midway through employment; 2. Those who have received training in orthopedic surgery.
