Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were hospitalized at Tianjin First Central Hospital from September 2019 to December 2022 are proposed to be included. The inclusion criteria are as follows: 1. NYHA grade 3-4 for heart failure; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. There are baseline pan-immune inflammation value data .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The required indicators for research such as left ventricular ejection fraction by echocardiography, blood routine, and biochemistry are lacking. Combined with malignant tumors; Combined with severe hematological diseases; Combined with severe renal or liver dysfunction.
