Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 10-18; 2.diagnosed as adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, with Cobb angle between 10-45 degree; 3.Apex of the curve is on the thoracic or lumbar rigion; 4.Has never received treatment specifically for scoliosis; 5.Participation is voluntary, and informed consent was obtained from a legal guardian;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.structual leg lenth discrepency with a difference exceeding 2cm; 2.Severe somatic pain; 3.History of spinal or lower-limb surgery/serious injury; 4.Neurological disorders; 5.Pregnant, planning pregnancy, or lactating women; 6.Cognitive or emotional disorders precluding cooperation;
