18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years and <=75 years. 2. Histopathologically confirmed squamous cell carcinoma of the hypopharynx. 3. Clinical stage III or IVa at the time of primary treatment (according to the AJCC 8th edition of the Cancer Staging Manual). 4. Undergo radical surgery after at least 2 cycles of neoadjuvant therapy with standard regimens (TPF or TP+targeted or TP+immunotherapy, etc.). 5. Have complete pre-neoadjuvant therapy assessment, in-treatment efficacy assessment and post-operative follow-up information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other malignant tumours (except for malignant tumours that have been cured for more than 5 years). 2. Distant metastasis before neoadjuvant therapy (M1). 3. Disease progression (PD) assessed after neoadjuvant therapy. 4. Undergoing non-radical surgery (e.g. palliative resection). 5. Clinical data are severely lacking for efficacy and safety evaluation.
