Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years or older; 2. Clinically diagnosed with hypertension; 3. Determine those who have a high salt diet through baseline dietary survey (24-hour dietary review method); 4. Patients with clear consciousness, without communication, reading, or writing impairments; 5. Understanding of the study purpose and voluntary participation (with signed informed consent);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cognitive impairment; 2.Those unable to cooperate and complete the research process;
