Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–65 years (inclusive), regardless of gender; 2.Physically healthy, with no severe physical illnesses, mental disorders, or sleep disorders (e.g., insomnia, hypersomnia, obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome [OSAHS], etc.); 3.No history of substance abuse, and no use of sleep-affecting medications or health supplements within the past month; 4.Voluntarily provide a written informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with a history of neurological diseases (e.g., epilepsy, brain tumors, cerebrovascular diseases) that may affect brain function, confirmed by medical records or neurological examination. 2.Diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA, apnea-hypopnea index [AHI] =30 events/hour), respiratory insufficiency confirmed by pulmonary function tests, myasthenia gravis, or other neuromuscular/respiratory disorders; 3.With severe cardiovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, endocrine system diseases, or other relevant systemic disorders; 4.With hearing or visual impairments that may affect the completion of experimental tasks; or recent experience of major life events leading to emotional instability, which could interfere with sleep and research results;
