Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 60 years and above; 2. Having resided in a certain community for 6 months or more; 3. With intact cognitive function, able to fully understand, communicate effectively and cooperate with the survey; 4. Understand and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness who are unable to cooperate with the assessment; 2. End-stage diseases: multiple organ failure, terminal-stage tumor, etc. 3. Individuals with missing clinical data; 4. Having used antibiotics or received periodontal treatment within the past month.
