Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Patients scheduled to undergo pancreatic resection, including pancreaticoduodenectomy, distal pancreatectomy, or pancreatic tumor enucleation; 3.Availability of complete preoperative evaluation data and planned elective surgery; 4.Provision of written informed consent and willingness to participate in postoperative follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe underlying comorbidities with an expected survival of less than 3 months; 2.History of recurrent acute pancreatitis or chronic pancreatitis; 3.Presence of moderate to severe preoperative organ dysfunction, such as renal failure or Child–Pugh class C liver dysfunction; 4.Intraoperative conversion to palliative procedures or total pancreatectomy; 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6.Patients unwilling to undergo postoperative follow-up or postoperative imaging examinations;
