18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Planned elective laparoscopic myomectomy under general anesthesia; 2. ASA I-II grade; 3. Age 18-65 years; 4. No cognitive, communication disorders, or psychiatric abnormalities, signed informed consent, able to cooperate with preoperative questionnaires and postoperative follow-up; 5. No history of adenomyosis, malignant lesions, or significant pelvic adhesions; 6. No use of analgesics within three days prior to surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic pain conditions (such as pelvic pain, chronic low back and leg pain, etc.); 2. Allergy to opioids or long-term use of opioids; 3. Severe anxiety/depression, psychiatric disorders, epilepsy, or cognitive impairment; 4. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 5. Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases (e.g., grade III hypertension, severe valvular disease, chronic heart failure, serious arrhythmias, ischemic heart disease, stroke with significant symptoms); 6. Mental or neurological disorders; 7. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 8. Intraoperative conversion to open surgery or postoperative ICU admission; 9. Not using a standardized analgesia regimen (e.g., no PCIA).
