Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary T1 colorectal cancer confirmed by histopathology; 2. No anticancer treatment was administered before lesion removal; 3. Available contrast-enhanced CT images in arterial and venous phases, covering the entire colon and rectum; 4. Tissue histopathology slides are available, and high-risk factors can be assessed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent presence of other malignant tumors; 2. Clinically suspected familial adenomatous polyposis; 3. Enhanced CT images cannot delineate the lesion boundaries due to artifacts, intussusception, or unclear separation of intestinal contents; 4. The interval between preoperative enhanced CT examination and tumor resection exceeds one month.
