Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic musculoskeletal pain (chronic knee arthritis, hip arthritis, or chronic low back pain) lasting for >=3 months. 2. It is possible to clearly review and describe the occurrence and development of cardiovascular-related diseases (hypertension, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy) and related risk factors (lifestyle, metabolic factors, psychological status, etc.) during chronic pain, such as when they occurred and to what extent. 3. Having relevant medical records allows for a review of biochemical and other related examinations during the period of chronic pain. 4. Control group: Patients without chronic musculoskeletal pain (chronic knee arthritis, hip arthritis, or chronic low back pain) were matched based on age (+/-5 years) and gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other pain not related to the musculoskeletal system. 2. Those with a history of hyperthyroidism or malignant tumors.
