Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis in accordance with the 2012 Atlanta criteria; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.AP patients who have met the discharge criteria, been cured and discharged, and have attended follow-up visits at the outpatient department of our hospital after discharge; 4.Able to complete follow-up evaluations and sign written informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with a previously confirmed diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer; 2.Previous history of major pancreatic surgery (such as pancreaticoduodenectomy, distal pancreatectomy, etc.); 3.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4.Those with combined advanced malignant tumors or an expected lifespan of less than 1 year; 5.Those with severe mental disorders or cognitive impairments who are unable to cooperate in completing follow-ups; 6.The researchers believe that there are other individuals who are not suitable for inclusion in the group.
