Depressive symptoms of college students

Interventions

High intensity exercise group:High-intensity exercise intervention (76%-95%HRmax) was carried out, preparing for activity for 5min, maintaining the target heart rate for 20min, and relaxing for 5min
Moderate intensity exercise group:Moderate intensity exercise intervention (65%-75%HRmax) was carried out, preparing for activity for 5min, maintaining the target heart rate for 20min, and relaxing fo
Low-intensity exercise group:Low-intensity exercise intervention (57%-64%HRmax) was carried out, preparing for activity for 5min, maintaining the target heart rate for 20min, and relaxing for 5min
Control group:Ask to sit in a quiet room for 30 minutes, during which you can choose to read some manuals related to mental health education for college students according to your own requirements.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-23 years old; 2. Right-handed; 3. College students with BDI-II scores greater than 13 points; 4. No history of mental illness, no use of psychotropic drugs; 5. No chronic disease; 6. No external brain damage; 7. No visual abnormalities (such as red-green color blindness).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent use of Esazolam, diazepam, phenobarbital and other antidepressants; 2. Physical discomfort, recent sports injuries, etc., unable to participate in physical exercise; 3. Chronic brain diseases and external injuries; 4. There are patients with severe depression, unable to communicate with the tester, and there are major safety risks.
