Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Endotracheal intubation; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. No obvious oral cavity injuries; 4. Complete clinical data; 5. Authorized person has provided informed consent for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Existing oral cavity lesions; 2. Elective surgery, ICU transfer expected within seven days; 3. Patients with severe immunosuppression, such as organ transplant recipients, neutropenia, or advanced malignant tumors; 4. Use of immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids within the past three months; 5. Patients with severe agitation, RASS score >= 4.
