Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Complete CT and MRI examinations at our hospital within 3 months before surgery (2) From 2017 to 2023, patients underwent surgical treatment at our hospital, and postoperative pathology confirmed them to have upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unilateral kidney, solitary kidney, patient with previous kidney surgery (2) Preoperative renal function status does not meet the criteria for neoadjuvant chemotherapy (3) Patients with bilateral upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) (4) Pregnant women (5) Patients that other researchers believe should be excluded.
