5 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 5-14 who undergo allergen immunotherapy in our hospital; 2. Children who do not suffer from infectious diseases such as HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases, and have no family history of genetic diseases such as Down's syndrome; 3. Children whose parents both agree to participate and are willing to cooperate in providing information and fecal specimens (by signing an informed consent form).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with infectious diseases such as HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases, or those with a family history of genetic diseases; 2. Being unable to provide information materials and child fecal specimens on time.
