Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic non-healing wound patients treated at Quzhou People's Hospital from January to December 2024; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Individual wound; 4. Clinical data (including basic information, wound condition, treatment records, outcome data, etc.) are completely preserved.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic non-healing wounds caused by malignant tumors; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction caused by hematologic diseases; 3. Allergy to AgNP dressings or red light irradiation-related materials and equipment during nursing care, leading to treatment termination; 4. Received other special treatments that may affect wound healing within 2 weeks before enrollment; 5. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness who did not complete the follow-up.
