| Improvement in proteinuria-related parameters (24-hour urine protein quantification, urine protein-to-creatinine ratio, urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio);Improvement in renal function parameters (serum creatinine, estimated glomerular filtration rate);Changes in serum immunological markers (IgA, IgG, IgM, C3, C4, etc.);Differences in efficacy between the Nafurciclib group and the conventional treatment control group;Differences in efficacy among patient subgroups (proteinuria subtypes, histological Oxford classification, time since renal biopsy);Long-term prognostic outcomes including renal function progression, risk of end-stage renal disease (ESRD), and survival time; | — |
