Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women undergoing cesarean section under neuraxial anesthesia, including epidural anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, or combined spinal–epidural anesthesia. 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III. 3. Gestational age >= 28 weeks at the time of surgery. 4. Participation in the study was voluntary, and written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy or abnormal reactions to any anesthetic agents. 2. Presence of contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia. 3. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction. 4. Conversion to general anesthesia due to emergency conditions or failure of neuraxial anesthesia. 5. Preoperative body temperature > 38 °C or < 36 °C. 6. Postoperative admission to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). 7. Withdrawal from the study during the study period. 8. Incomplete electronic medical records or missing key data.
