Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A clearly diagnosed primary hyperthyroidism. 2. The cause of hyperthyroidism is clearly identified as Graves' disease or nodular lesion. The nodules are hyperfunctioning adenomas and toxic multinodular goiter. 3. The characteristics of the nodules meet the ablation conditions: the size of the nodules is moderate: usually ranging from 1 to 4 cm; overly large nodules may require multiple treatments or are not suitable for ablation; the location of the nodules: easy to puncture, and there is sufficient safety distance from surrounding important structures, or protective measures such as water isolation can be taken; the nature of the nodules: excluded the possibility of malignancy through fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNA) or clinical assessment. 4. Candidates for surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was unable to tolerate it due to factors such as age, underlying diseases, and surgical risks. 2. Secondary hyperthyroidism. 3. The nature of the nodules is questionable or has been diagnosed as malignant. 4. Coagulation dysfunction, local or systemic infection, dysfunction of important organs, mental illness, or inability to cooperate with treatment, etc. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. There is significant vascular or nerve adhesion in the treatment area.
