Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in generally good condition; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I/II; 3.Preoperative liver function assessed as Child-Pugh class A; 4.Indocyanine green retention rate at 15 minutes (ICG R15) =3 liver segments; 6.Negative surgical margin;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe liver cirrhosis or steatohepatitis; 2.Use of anti-inflammatory medications within 2 weeks prior to surgery; 3.Postoperative receipt of chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy; 4.Recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma requiring a second or multiple hepatectomies; 5.Concurrent resection of other organs; 6.History of other malignancies;
