Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with primary hematological diseases who have indications for transplantation and are scheduled to undergo hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT); 2.Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0–2, with an estimated survival time of >= 3 months. 3.Baseline liver and renal function as well as hematological parameters meeting the safety standards for transplantation and medication administration. 4.Patients themselves or their authorized representatives agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign the Informed Consent Form (ICF).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe active infection; conditions where patients cannot tolerate nutritional support in any form; or confirmed intestinal contraindications (e.g., high-volume intestinal fistula, unresolved progressive intestinal obstruction). 2.A history of inability to complete follow-up visits, or the presence of severe comorbidities that render the risks associated with protocol participation excessively high.
