Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meanwhile meet the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes and overweight / obesity ; 2. Age range:18 to 80 years inclusive; 3. Duration of diabetes >=12 months; 4. The subject is fully conscious,communicates fluently,manifests no cognitive or communicative impairments,and demonstrates accurate comprehension of the questionnaire content; 5. Informed consent,participation in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute complications of diabetes ( including ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, hyperosmolar nonketotic acidosis, hypoglycemic coma ); 2. Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs throughout the body(such as severe damage to the liver,lungs and kidneys)or with malignant tumors; 3. Other types of diabetes patients:such as type 1 diabetes,gestational diabetes,etc.
